Summer is over and it’s time to plan which events to attend in the next few months. Among all, there’s certainly one to schedule: the 8th edition of Serious Game Expo, the European reference for Serious Games professionals (please find also Serious Game Expo 2012 Unveils Its New Edition).

The event will be held on October, 22-23, 2012 in Lyon at the Congress Center Cité Internationale, with 50 French and International exhibitors among them Daesign, Interaction Games, GNFA, Itycom, Qoveo, Symetrix and Solar Games.

Focused on "Serious Games" for training and marketing communication, SGE targets HR Directors, Training Managers, Communication and Marketing Directors as its primary audience, promoting a network of conversations between Serious Games professionals and future customers.

The purpose of these sessions is to update you about the assets of Serious Games, Advergames and Social Games once integrated into a company or into an advertising campaign. The aim is to answer to your needs for recruitment, training, communication and management.
  • 7 consulting workshops: NEW! Here you will meet decision makers who are already familiar with Serious Games tools and with whom you will be free to exchange. They will testify their experiments, they will be able to answer your questions and give you advice for your current or future projects. It is a great opportunity to learn more about Serious Games, Gamification, and Digital Marketing. In particular, you will meet the French Oil Institute which will present its Serious Game called Promise - a simulation tool carved for professional training in the oil and energy industries.
  • 50 French and international exhibitors will be there, such as Digiworks, Interaction Games, Daesign and ITycom.
